Hi Everyone,
If there was one topic that I thought could surely unite all the differing dietary philosophies, it was that omitting sugar from our daily diets would be a good idea.
Then, I started seeing on Facebook and other sites, people who claim to be promoting good health, wellness and fitness, defending processed, refined sugar????????? I am genuinely baffled.
So, I am asking that members of groups and facebook friends could take a few moments and watch my latest posting, and comment.
I am hoping for some sincere discussion.
